Safim includes five companies: two manufacturing plants and three commercial branches, all the five sites are spread around the world to cover the market with capillary presence. The Italian headquarter was founded in 1977; later on in 2014 Safim established a second productive plant in Pune – India, while in 2016 and ‘17 opened two commercial sites, one in Dourdan – France and the other in Burnsville (Mn) – U.S.A.
In 2018 Safim completed the acquisition of a previous distributor company located in Wiebelsheim – Germany.
Since the end of 2019 Safim companies joined the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group, a global operating technology company, wholly owned subsidiary of Dexko Global Ind.
