Over the past two years all events and show faced a tough period due to the pandemic situation, but finally this year we are able to restart and attend the international shows directly or through our distributors.
The “opening of the dances” has been the biennial Fima Agrìcola fair in Spain. The exhibition took place in Zaragoza from April 26th to 30th with the focus on agricultural machinery sector. Safim did not participate directly, but was able to count on a portion of the stand of our local distributor for trailer braking systems Inmasa-Industrias Manrique SA.
The cooperation with the distributor in such an event was a win-win situation for more than one aspect: in terms of setting up an exhibition area in the booth and in organizing a conference dedicated to dual-line braking, as required by the new European legislation.
The conference held on April 28 by our RVBR manager, an expert in hydraulic braking systems for towed vehicles and currently part of the PT1 committee that is studying amendments to the current legislation, has been the chance to present the solutions offered by Safim under the new rules for the RVBR.
The talk saw excellent participation and interest from trailer manufacturers and trade associations, and consisted of several points, including current legislation and a specific presentation of Safim’s systems, as well as a specific presentation talking about the design and installation of the system according to specific customer needs.
